Designed to improve health and well-being. An opportunity to participate in a one hour low level instructor led session of physical activity. The activity session takes place between 9.30am and 10.30am, with an opportunity to socialise afterwards. £3.00 per session including tea and coffee.

Core Strength Yoga

11.30am to 12.30pm

This Yoga session aims to bring stability, ease, poise and balance through the body, mind and breathing, generating a sense of wellbeing.
£5.00 per session block booking / £6.00 otherwise

Casual Badminton

9.30am-11.30am

Come along and play badminton in a relaxed and fun environment. Improve your game and fitness levels. No booking necessary, just turn up and play £3.00 per session.

Through continued success, this activity has been extended to 11:30am!

Wednesday

Commit To Get Fit 

9.15am to 9.45am

This session will help you to become physically fitter enabling you to deal with the rigors of life. Consisting of a variety of core stability exercises, circuits and body toning exercises.
£2.50 per person per session

Boccia for Beginners

11.15am to 12.15pm 

We have introduced Boccia to the KWMCC weekly programme. This is an exciting Paralympic sport that requires skill, accuracy and technique to get your ball closer to the jack than your opponent.
Boccia (pronounced “bot-cha”) is one of the three Paralympic sports that does not have an Olympic sport equivalent. Boccia can be played by everyone, however at the Paralympic level it is played by athletes in wheelchairs with severe disabilities.
Friday mornings at 11.15am-12.15pm in the Sports Hall.
