Just a quick email to say how really impressed I was with the room layout, catering and staff service we received on Tuesday this week for our evening presentation.
Your staff were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Everything went very smoothly and, from a personal point of view, it was so reassuring to know that I didn't have to run about restocking water on the tables and pouring tea & coffee during the break!!
We did fill out the evaluation form, but I wanted to send you a personal email of thanks. I would appreciate it if you would forward this to the staff on duty that night.

Lesley, We just wanted to say thank you so much for helping our AGM run so smoothly. The layout, decorations, sound and projector were all set out exactly as we asked, and having someone onsite to help with any technical queries was fantastic. The catering was superb and refreshments were provided bang on time at each interval. Basically everything you guys did was amazing, and loads of people were commenting on what a great venue it is so hopefully you’ll get some business out of it as you definitely deserve it!
