Directions
From A14 towards Felixstowe leave A14 at junction 58 left onto A12. Take left turn at next roundabout towards Foxhall Stadium, turn right at second crossroads (Bell Lane) and travel into village, Twelve Acre Approach is on the right.

Alternative Directions
Coming through Ipswich follow road signs to Woodbridge (A1214), continue along Kesgrave Main Road (A1214) turning right into Bell Lane.
OR follow road signs to Felixstowe taking 2nd left turn at roundabout at back of Suffolk College (up Back Hamlet) turn right at top of hill onto Foxhall Road. Continue along Foxhall Road, over roundabout on Heath Road and out of town towards Foxhall Stadium. Turn left into Bell Lane after Foxhall Stadium.
