Exhibition Venue

The Centre is situated within easy reach of the A12 and A14 trunk roads with ample car parking. Its halls can be hired individually or as a package including a medium size outdoor area suitable for erection of a marquee or hospitality enclosure. The Centre lies in 12 acres of grounds suitable for large outdoor exhibitions.

At 15 by 16 metres in size, the Ropes Hall caters for the larger stands. The hall has a full size stage with professional lighting equipment and an upstairs projection and control room. It features a cinema size screen equipped for video and digital projection. The hall has a built in PA system including lectern, hand held and lapel microphones.

At 10 by 8 metres in size, the Orwell Room caters for medium sized stands. At 8 by 8 metres, the Stour Room caters for smaller stands.

The Deben Room is ideal for press conferences and presentations. A comprehensive range of audio visual and computer equipment is available including a Digital Projector, Overhead Projector, DVD Player and Music Centre. Broadband Internet access is provided. Flip charts and pens can also be provided.

A licensed bar available on request. Tea, coffee and refreshments are also available on request.

All facilities at the Centre are easily accessible for clients with physical impairments or requiring the use of wheelchairs and is equipped with a hearing loop system. There are disabled toilets and designated parking spaces close to the main entrance.
