This prestigious new room is available to hire, giving a spacious and professional environment in which to hold meetings and training sessions in a corporate setting.

Designed with the discerning client in mind, the Boardroom seats 14, and comes with the latest state of the art equipment, including a full audio system, high tech sound and vision equipment, ceiling-mounted projection, consol digital projector, PC, and WIFI. This room is the perfect place to hold a meeting or a training session, to impress your current and future clients, or to simply use as an escape from the office environment.

Our trained staff are on hand to serve refreshments; breakfasts and lunches can be provided, by prior arrangement.

Our flexibility allows you to reserve the room for a half day, full day, or at evenings and weekends, and can be used in conjunction with our other 6 conference rooms. Kesgrave Conference Centre also benefits from spacious grounds, ideal for team building exercises, and has an abundance of free car parking on site.

With its close proximity to both the A12 and A14 and its excellent transport links, the Centre is ideally situated for access from the whole of Suffolk and beyond.
