Kesgrave Community Centre makes an ideal meeting location, offering a choice of five function rooms, two large free car parks, an attractive enclosed garden, flexible catering options and hospitality upon request.

Each of the centre's function rooms are unique, Ropes hall has its own private kitchen, stage with PA system and large floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the lovely garden, the conference centre with its own entrance, toilets and stunning conservatory which also looks out onto the attractive, peaceful garden is a fabulous meeting facility. Each of the available spaces are individual to suit all budgets and requirements, they are all fully equipped with everything you might need for your next meeting or conference.

    Chairs- black in Ropes hall, red or Blue in the Conference Centre, blue in the Boardroom, emerald green in the Orwell Room
    (All tables and chairs are included in the room hire cost)
  • Ropes Hall includes PA system, mics and stage
  • All rooms have flexible layout options- theatre, café, classroom, horseshoe, conference square or to a set- up of your choice.
  • Digital Projectors and screens are available in all rooms – additional charge of £20 per day (with the exception of the conference centre and boardroom which is included in the room hire price)

Hospitality & Catering

We provide a comprehensive hospitality and catering service to our clients, including Continental Breakfast, finger buffets, ploughman's lunches, cold fork buffets and desserts to suit individual tastes. We can also arrange Summer barbeques and hot buffets.

Tea/coffee and juice can be provided and a licensed bar is also available on request.

Special dietary requirements can also be catered for.
