Booking Procedure
- Contact reservations office
- Agree reservation, date and price
- Return booking form with booking fee within fourteen days or reservation may be lost
- Invoice for balance due sent six weeks before hire date or immediately if hire date within six weeks of reservation
- Take up reservation
- Damage deposit (if any) returned within one month of reservation date
